    My husband visited your establishment recently and received the worst customer service I have ever heard of. He asked for "grated cheese" on his sub which the employee mistook for Parmesan. When he repeated his request to clarify she, very rudely, explained that the cheese is "shredded" whereas the Parmesan is "grated". Is a cheese "grater" not used in both situations? In my time working at subway in Fenelon Falls, I can never remember a customer asking for grated cheese and referring to Parmesan. As my husband tried to make light of the situation by joking with his coworker, she proceeded to throw out his sandwich. A simple misunderstanding, that should have been handled with patience and respect escalated to your establishment losing business. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and I have never heard of such disrespect and inappropriate behaviour. This is ridiculous, and had I been there I can assure you the event would have ended very differently as I would not have hesitated to bring management into the situation. Train your employees in customer service or just close your doors entirely.
